Gary received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Astronautical) from Arizona State University in 1969.
Gary received his Masters Degree in Safety from Central Missouri State University (University of Central Missouri) in 1974.
Gary received his PhD in Industrial Engineering (Human Factors/Ergonomics) from Texas Tech University in 1983.
Gary is currently an adjunct associate professor in the Systems and Industrial Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
